disease outbreak & funny day

There's some sort of disease in our class, I think. Since the start of the month, more and more people r getting sick. Now, I am also almost getting sick. Cough, cough, cough and a tiny flu. Although not very serious, hope it doesnt get worst.

Anyway, it was a dam funny day today! After night studies at abt 8+, darrick, jason, yanqing, natalie, jinn chyau, neo ying, weilin and me went to the bubble tea shop. As we chat, we talked about TONS of jokes. Well, confidential of cuz. =X Tomorrow going to library, dunno if WL n NY is coming along with me, nat n YQ. Well, been long since I blogged isnt it? Pardon me, busy until no time to blog.

finally, the day arrives!

Today's the day! The sun is shining, the air is fresh. I was first to reach class today, it wasnt locked so I just went in. Once I went in, I saw this cuteeeee little lizard climbing around.. O.o lol. After about 5 mins, I see yanqing they all making their way into the class. Wow, this time they're late by a lil. =p Got quite a few presents today, mainly from Atiqah, Fikri, Yan Qing, Darrick, Uncle David, Jason and Natalie.

Nice presents they got me, to be honest, haha. Lots of birthday wishes from all my friends today, hehe. The first birthday present I got: PAIN IN MY BONE! The bone above my stomach was so dam pain when I woke up, I think cuz of yesterday's sit up, cuz I use pia one. Pia-ed out a 40, not bad la hor?

My watch celebrated my birthday with me too, since I bought it exactly 1 year ago. Hey, it shares the same birthday as me! It broke just ON THIS DAY. I guess it's the death anniversary for it today, lol. Went to have lunch with Jason, Natalie and Yan Qing after school. After that, we waited for Fikri and Darrick for their art.

We stayed in class to chat, but I suddenly sit on a table den my shorts kena some crayon or wadever, so I went to toilet to change to PE attire. When I finished changing and went up, they all pang seh me?! I packed my things and I went out alone, den I saw Fikri peeping out from school gate, LOL! Fikri, Atiqah, Yan Qing, Jason and Darrick gave me such a "unique" present, LOL. Well, went to bubble tea shop and after that went for dinner with YQ, Jason n Darrick. Century egg porridge, 3 bowls 4 ppl share, LOL. Straight came home after dinner, DPA!!! Typed out everything but waiting for a few more days to submit cuz I wanna visit Ngee Ann tomorrow to find out more.

Weilin fell sick today, I guess. He wasnt in school and we all say *ahem* I better not say it out. Looks like someone's quite sad for today, though. Our row seems to be falling sick. Out of 10 people, 6 have fallen sick. Omg, Fikri and me next? AHH!!! Theres some disease in our class I guess, lots and lots of people falling sick.

Well, thats for today I think. Happy NC 16 movies!

just a random post

Sometimes I feel strange about life. It seems unmeaningful, yet quite meaningful sometimes. Imagine a life without friends? I wonder how u can survive. Yup, friends r v important in ur life. I cant deny that my friends r impt to me lol, and sometimes it feels quite strange without them.

Dunno why today I really feel something strange, seems like a barrier or something? I always have strange feelings at strange times. Something good or bad going to happen? Hope it's not a bad thing that's gonna happen. Well, I'll leave all for God to decide for us. Seems like a strange aura today. I feel something different, something stressful, something that's pulling me away from my ownself, something strange that's from the unnatural world that is grasping my soul away from me.

I have tons of things in my heart I've yet to say, but I thought I'd just keep it to myself or just tell friends that r close to me. That's all for today, cya!

Went to K box with Weilin, Darrick, Nat and YQ today. Before that, went to SP for open house. Not a bad poly, courses r quite good. Anyway, the main point today is the visit to K box, lol.

We had our lunch and went straight off there. How many songs we sang? Well, uncountable! Esp ai pia jia eh yia! YQ, get ur angmoh soon!! Tat nat was like taking a video of me n darrick singing tat song, wtf lol. But anyway, I got to sing my fav song, kong qiu qian. Other songs we sang included ai de zhu xuan lu, lian ai ING, tian shi, hua hi jiu ho, lian ai da ren... Wa, cannot list all la! If not till tml also cannot finish! had a fun time there tho. YQ sang DAM WELL lor! Rly different from how she sing in sch. She sing till everyone's heart melt lol, LOL jk. WL sang too, but due to his throat he only sang 2 songs. As for nat, her singing is not bad too, very soothing. Darrick.. He tends to exagerrate sometimes but still ok la. Me leh? I sing till keep zao sia for some high pitches lol. Had a good laugh whenever i go out of tune, haha.

Some songs r killer man, like those hokkien songs. They say I love singing old songs, lol? Well maybe ba.. I sang songs like ai de chu ti yan, tian shang ren jian, xiao ren wu de xin sheng.. LOL. The only thing is we didnt get to take a photo.. Aww.. But anyway I'd grade today a 101/100 lol. Thats all for today I guess, cya!

one week to 16!

Yep, exactly 1 week to my birthday! Once I reach 16.. NC16 movies! Going to K box with welin, darrick, yan qing n 李葛飞 (natalie) on 07/07/07! What a nice date to celebrate haha.. Wonder how is it gonna be like.. Gonna make someone sing.. For sure! *looks at weilin*

Anyway, I had my 2.4km retest today. I aimed for 19 mins, but with the help of darrick and fikri i got a timing of 18:21! Thx thx! Next time aiming for 17 or 16, hehe. After the run, weilin said his leg had a cramp. We accompanied him throughout the whole chinese period after PE, missed chinese, but its ok. Glad that hes better now, although he vomited a huge load out.

Went to have bubble tea with them after sch too. It was a complete laughter session for us man! Esp YQ and nat, YQ's "fertilization" and nat's "李葛飞"!

Guess it's all for now. I'll only be blogging occasionally nowadays, like twice a week? Anyway, thx to all the visitors to my blog, hit such a high counter! (unique visitors)

对奶奶的思念

这是一篇是我把我对奶奶的思念一一写出来。每一笔，每一划都表达我对奶奶的思念。

每一次看见客厅里那一艘玻璃帆船，总勾起我对奶奶的思念。虽然我奶奶在两年前过世了，可是我对她的思念却一丝不减。她那慈祥的笑容，那温柔的声音，时不时在我脑海中漂浮。记得小时候，每次去探望她的时候，她总是会给我一些零用钱。之后，她会叫我拿钱去吃快餐，因为她知道我非常喜欢吃快餐。我们的关系非常好，有如母子般。虽然它只是我的干奶奶，可是我已经把她当成我的奶奶了。

还记得两年前接到她的死讯时，我顿时说不出话来。和我相处了十四年的人竟然就这样走了。虽然我奶奶已高龄八十九，可是她身体强壮，只是走起路来需要别人来扶持。她的人非常随便，吃东西也非常清淡。记得有一次，我和奶奶一起到附近的咖啡店享用著名的新加坡美食，馃汁。那香喷喷的卤汁，配上一些猪肉，猪皮，猪内脏和奶奶最喜欢的豆干，简直是一份完美的早餐啊！有时奶奶也喜欢吃一碗清淡的粥，就这样解决了一餐。

奶奶生前对身边的人给予无微不至的照顾，确保每个人三餐温饱。虽然我和奶奶没有血缘关系，可是我们已把彼此当成是自己人了。看着房间里那本相簿，让我看见奶奶在我一岁时帮我庆祝生日，还和我一起切蛋糕。想起以前和几年前的奶奶，岁月的痕迹都一一写在脸上了。我还想念着以前扶着奶奶的手和她一起走路，可是现在这已经无法实现了。奶奶慈祥的笑容，现在唯有在照片上能看得到。照片能够收藏永远的回忆，永远的思念。一张照片，只要好好的收藏，就能够保留着，就算等到海枯石烂也不成问题。

记得小时候，奶奶在一间小店面卖豆花水。当时，我非常喜欢到奶奶的店去喝她亲手做的豆花水。那一杯香甜可口的豆花水，包含了奶奶多年来的心血和她刻苦耐劳的精神。奶奶是我学习的榜样，也是我一个非常孝敬的长辈。奶奶的离去，有如我心里割下一块肉，留下一个永远的疤痕。现在我非常希望那么五分钟让我把时光倒流，回到从前，在奶奶温暖的怀抱里听她那温柔的声音，看看她那慈祥的笑容，那该多好啊！虽然这些都是不可能的任务，可是我还是希望会有那么一天。奶奶不在了，可是在我心里，她还是永远地活着，温暖我的心怀，安抚我的悲伤。奶奶，我爱你。

the power of friendship

Just came back from a chilling out session with fikri, darrick, weilin, atiqah, yanqing, natalie and yq's friend. Just a normal chilling out, but it had made a major impact. After leaving the bubble tea shop, i walked home with weilin alone and we discussed about our future plans, after o lvls. Both of us wanted to go to SHATEC to further our studies if we do not qualify for business studies (me) or accountancy (him).

Well, I have thought of taking accountancy and chinese studies too.. The 3 of us (weilin, darrick n me) had thought of going SHATEC together and open a restaurant in future, although lots of obstacles would be on the way. They r my close friends, and im worried that we will quarrel over small matters of money if we open a restaurant together. But anyway, all 3 of us have a passion for cooking, therefore it shouldnt be a problem. We can also further our own studies and get back together to open a business next time. Well, im just worried that we can't keep in contact..

Since all of us been together, our results improved as we r all the "guai kias". We do not just play all day long, but we help each other in our studies and weaknesses. Yes, we can be crazy sometimes if u ask me, LOL. Just hope this friendship continues after graduation.. Which is like.. 4 months + later? Its a sad thing to say goodbye.. Its not easy to get friends that understand and give u the necessary comfort when u need it. They r the ones, to me.

Friends.. Some r gd, some r bad. But im glad that i have all my good friends around with me. Im as happy as i can be, now we just have to work hard for our o lvls at the end of the year. And 1 more good news.. Im beginning to lose interest in computer games, that gives me the signal that I can concentrate on my schoolwork more. I guess I would not be renewing my WOW account when it expires in Aug. Maybe, after o lvls? Ok, thats all for today. Thanks my friends, for being there for me whenever i need u all.

my passion for cooking never dies

Yup, as the title says. I love cooking lol. I can simply pop out a few new ideas and make a dish out. Seeing the packet of Parmesan cheese in my fridge, i came up with this new recipe, sure to make ur taste buds active. =p

3-Layer Sandwich

Ingredients needed (Serves 2)

30g of Parmesan cheese
2 pieces of chicken ham
100 ml of boiling water
4 pieces of white bread
2 eggs
1 tsp vegetable oil

Steps

1. Cook the chicken ham in the water for 2 minutes or so, drain.
2. Place the ham on a piece of white bread, sprinkle some parmesan cheese.
3. Place in oven to cook for 3 minutes.

4. Heat the oil in the frying pan.
5. Beat ONE egg and fry it in the frying pan till cooked.
6. Place the cooked egg on another piece of white bread.

Repeat steps 5 & 6 for the other piece of bread.

Guess what? I was listen to 空秋千 all the way on bus 154, which was about 3 hours back and forth. LOL, this is the craziest thing i did for today i guess. The song has a really nice rhythm. Wanna listen? At the right click on the play button, tadah! Ehh, but it automatically plays when u come to my blog, LOL. Well, i actually have an idea to write another song in that tune about kaya toast, heh, i miss the kaya toast in kluang lol. Next time got chance post some pictures there for u all, hope u all enjoy it. ^.^ I wonder whose reading my blog nowadays anyway, just kena "rezzed" by killercy with 3200 health n mana LOL. Sian, nowadays D&T is freakin me up, so many designs and processes to do. Die le la, i need abt 8 designs, i only got 4.. HOW!! So hard to think lor.. My final product all settled, now need to care abt extras.. -.- Off for now, cya~

a trip to sakae

Went to Sakae with WL, darrick, nat, YQ and YM today.. Had quite a fun day lol. U know? We actually ate from 3pm - 5.30pm, but most of the time we chatting, lol. Dar hated the raw salmon sushi lol, but we all enjoyed it. As expected, WL ate the LEAST. Ehh, but I didnt eat the most hor! Look at some candid shots YQ took..

We just ate till 5+ liddat and went off, darrick LOVED the tempura ice-cream, well me too lol. YQ said everyone was so full and darrick was like "lang tun hu yan" there still, made all of us laugh our guts out! Anyway, the sushi trip just made up our lunch n dinner, we were all TOO full to eat anymore..
